When you place an order, please allow up to 1-7 weeks for shipping. Keep this in mind when you purchase. If you're ordering Diosa for a specific festival or event, please let us know the date you need it by. Adding this information in the notes at checkout is very helpful! We'll make sure to prioritize your order so you receive it on time. If you forget, we will contact you directly. Since we're a small business, we make outfits in the order of upcoming festivals and events. Thank you!
When you're placing an order that cannot be shipped on time for your festival, meaning 1-7 weeks is not enough time. Then, in order to get it shipped on your time frame, you must contact us and pay an additional EXPEDITE shipping fee.
All orders are special and HAND MADE-TO-ORDER. As of right now, we do not stock items. Therefore we have a strict NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS policy. Please consider this information before shopping.

We handle payment plans through DMs. If you're interested, you can start by paying half, a third, or a quarter of the total price. There are no set dates for payments; you have up to 90 days to pay it off, and you can decide when to make those payments. Just remember, you'll need to pay the full amount before we ship your order. Also, please note that cancellations are NOT allowed during the payment period. Once you make the first payment, your item goes into production, and we start purchasing materials.
Once we drop off your package at the post office, it’s unfortunately out of our control. We do not offer refunds if the package does not arrive due to issues beyond our control. However, while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we understand that delays, loss, or theft can occur. So we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to assist you. Because our suppliers aren't always consistent with the trims/beading/appliqués that they order for us, you may notice that once receiving your set, some details may be similar yet different. This is because once they sell out of the original trim/beading/appliques used, we have to find a similar alternative. This doesn't apply for all sets, just a couple from our website.
As of right now, we have no set festival deadlines. However, when ordering for any specific festival, make sure to order around 2-3 weeks before the event so that you can receive it on time.
